How to return a product?
Policy return for Astra Yacht
You can return purchased products up to 14 days of calendar from date of the order.
If you changed your mind, you can return hardware in standard configuration within 14 days from the consignment date.
If you are willing to return the order or only some products, please provide us the following details:
- order number from online store;
- product willing to be returned, with serial number.
After receiving the email, we will provide you a shipment address for return, expenses at your charge.
Return the product in the original packaging with the original accessory inside.
The refunding procedure will be started as soon as the products will be back.
If you have canceled the withdrawal of an item and the amount has been debited to you, the refund procedure will be started immediately after sending your cancellation request. The method of processing the refund depends on the payment method originally used.
- If you have used a credit or debit card, the issuing bank will receive a refund within five working days from the date of receipt of the returned items or the cancellation request. To find out when the amount will be credited to your account, contact your bank to issue your card.
Items ordered on the Astra online store that are damaged or incorrect can be returned by contacting our customer service.
How long does it take to process the refund?
After the products have arrived at Astra warehouses, we will begin processing the refund. It takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
I did not receive the invoice with the order.
Within 2-3 working days from shipment of the order, you will receive an invoice via email.
